In Season... September 2011 - Beer Cocktails!

Brewgarita - West Coast IPA & Espolon Reposado tequila. Shaken with sour, Sprite and fresh lime. Served in a salted collins glass.

Leviathan - Sly Fox O'Reilly's Stout, Kraken Black Spiced Rum & Lillet apertif wine. Served in a Pokal glass with a wedge of orange.

IPA Manhattan - High gravity IPA floated on a Bulleit Rye Manhattan. Served up with a brandied cherry.

Falling Leaves - Pilsner & Tanqueray shaken with grenadine & fresh lemon. Served in a footed pilsner glass with a wedge of lemon.

Drinks To Die For

The Doornail - Absolute Citron & grape soda. Served in a highball with a wedge of fresh lemon.

Grim Pickle - A shot of Bushmill's Irish whiskey chased with a shot of Jeff's homemade pickle brine.

Weird Science - Tanqueray and ginger ale with a dash of bitters. Served in a Collin's glass.

Suffering Bastard - Jim Beam, Death's Door Gin, Angostura bitters, lime juice and ginger ale. Built in a highball.

Red Moco Cooler - Kahlua, Bosco chocolate syrup, Grenadine and club soda. Served in a collin's with a teeny umbrella.

Sam in a Sweater - Crystal Head vodka, Cointreau, our homemade Irish Cream and A&W root beer. Served in a pint glass with a brandied cherry and a bendy straw.
